Industrialization involves planning and implementing, the entire process from prototype to production. Virtual Manufacturing supports companies throughout the hole process and ensures that our customers reach their goals. We carry out industrialization projects in three stages: Pre-study, Detailed planning and Implementation.
The preliminary study includes a current situation analysis “As Is”, a future scenario “To Be” and a plan for the implementation process “Process Design”. In the detailed planning phase, we finalize the selected future scenario and prepare a final specification and documentation for procurement. In the implementation phase, we work with installation preparation, operator training, virtual and physical acceptance tests as well as operational start-up and tuning.
