This sends the data to its digital twin, where it is converted into useful information. Thus, one can use a digital twin for simulation, evaluation and improvement of performance, at best during an ongoing process.

    Now there is a web-based application that shows realistic digital twins with 360° panoramas and maps generated by the 3D scan.     Mevisio is a flexible platform where it is possible to build a variety of different types of boards. Each board is built up by choosing from several ready-made modules. You can e.g. choose from modules for diagrams, removable cards for e.g. Kanban, tables, maps, feedback smileys, forms, checklists. Your board will thus be completely unique and adapted to your needs. The modules are also smart – for each module there is a connection to an advanced database that is designed according to your business. You can also choose that the modules share data with each other, so you can display the same data in several boards but in the way that best suits the respective forum.

    One of the biggest advantages of running visualization digitally is that you can connect and send suggestions between the boards. In this way, you can escalate matters to management, who in turn can also delegate tasks to the various teams. It is also possible to build up a structure with, for example, different main projects that contain sub-projects, which in turn contain timetables and activities. It is also possible to get an overall picture by compiling the data into overall tables with aggregated information from underlying tables.     AVIX is a complete software suite for the analysis and optimization of design and manufacturing processes.     The information is interconnected in AVIX. A change in the time study for a workstation directly affects the balance of the line and the work instructions.     AVIX METHOD – Method and time study

    AVIX Method uses MTM-based standard times (or other type of stopwatch measurements) to perform time study analysis of work operations to create the data needed for line balancing and product calculations.

    A simple and rapid study provides detailed information, ranging from times of individual work operations to full production line processes. The time base can be used for time data management (TDM) as well as improvement work, capacity calculations, line balancing, work instructions or simply as a basis for decision making.
