Virtual Manufacturing works with customers within aerospace and defense, both on the military and the civil side. We can help you with projects within Production development, Lean Transformation and to perform a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for continous improvements. For larger projects such as introduction of a new product and industrialisation projects, we use our gate-driven process with focus on shortening lead times and perform time studies and layout changes as well as develop existing production and logistics processes. Previous projects have included creating a standardized way of working with optimizing production processes and reducing lead times.

We develop work instructions and standardized methods to give operators the best conditions to perform their tasks and avoid errors. We generate workinstructions and method descriptions from Delmia DPM Assembly and Avix and we have experience in implement and integrate Siemens Team Center Manufacturing, Delmia and SAP. Our goal is to replace paperbased workinstructions with virtual assembly instructions.
