Industry

Manufacturing industry is the engine of our society. The next challenge is to bring it into the next industrial revolution: Industry 4.0.

Virtual Manufacturing helps both large and small companies within the manufacturing industry to improve efficiency, rationalization and ergonomics. Continuous improvements is the cornerstone for growth and competitiveness within all companies in manufacturing industry.

Development within digitalization and automation creates great opportunities, but it is not always easy to see how digitalization can help companies develop and become more profitable in the long run. Virtual Manufacturing helps our customers with all types of projects to increase digitalization and approach industry 4.0, to stay competitive on an international market.

We support our customers in all types of development projects within production and logistics, but is also providing experienced consultants at site. To realize our customers full potentials, we also provide complete solutions for ergonomic workplaces and logistics solution.

Virtual Manufacturing always strives towards avoiding surprises and verify as much as possible in a virtual environment before entering the actual production. In our gate-driven process we use 3D scanning as a tool to map the current state and to create a 3D layout that can give us a Digital Twin.

Our business area Virtual Labs is used to test and evaluate new technologies to always stay up-to date with the lastest news on the market. Our areas of focus at the moment are: Industry 4.0, IoT, Tracking technology, Sensor Technology, Collaborative Robots, Grippers, AGVs, AGCs, AR/VR Technologies and Digital Twins.
