In our production facility in Linköping, we manufacture equipment for production and logistics. We are currently seeking a reinforcement for our planning and procurement department.

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Production Planner who will play a pivotal role in our company’s success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, procurement, inventory management, and invoicing. Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Monitor, is preferred. You will be a crucial link in our production chain, ensuring smooth workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning: Construction review, Monitor G5 ERP planning, scheduling, and quoting for the Kap process & assembly.

• Procurement: Manage the procurement process and ensure a stable supply chain.

• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.

• Inventory Management: Handle pick order management and maintain inventory levels through continuous inventory checks.

• Invoicing: Responsible for invoicing and financial transaction management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in production planning, procurement, inventory management, and invoicing.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Monitor.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be a team player.

• Location: Linköping.

• Excellent communication skills and customer service ability.
