Virtual Manufacturing always strives towards surprise avoidance and to verify as much as possible in a virtual world before entering the real production line. The Virtual Way includes 3D scanning to create a 3D model and a Digital Twin of the object or factory that we are working in and virtual comissioning to reduce risks. We develop and use VR-technologies to help our customers validate and evaluate investments as well as train operators in a virtual environment.

Virtual Manufacturing creates simulation models for our customers in different softwares depending on the customer’s need. Process Simulate, RobCad, Delmia, Visual Components, Plant Simulation and IronCad are some of the softwares that have been used to deliver simualtion models. We perform Off-Line Programming to analyze collisions and range of robots before installation in actual production. 

Our business area Virtual Labs continuously works with evaluating and developing new technologies to stay up-to-date with the lastest equipment on the market. Some areas of focus are: Industry 4.0, Digital Twins, IoT, Tracking systems, Sensor Technologies, Gripper Technologies, Collaborative Robots, AGVs and AGCs.
